The Old Bisbee Ghost Tour LLC processes all credit card transactions at 5:00pm on
the day of the designated tour. We enforce a strict cancellation policy.
If you fail to call us at 520-432-3308 before 5:00pm on the day of your tour to cancel
your reservations you will be charged the full amount for your tickets. If your reservation is for 5 or more people you must give us at least a 24 hour advance cancellation notice. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full amount of the tickets purchased. Cancellations will not be accepted via e mail.
If you are not at the designated meeting spot on the designated date at the designated time, and you miss the tour, you will not be refunded any money.
